AAR Design Consultants provides architectural drawing preparation, 3D rendering, project estimation, permit filing coordination, and design consultation. All documents requiring a licensed architect's stamp are reviewed and submitted under the license of a third-party licensed architect retained by AAR.
All services are non-refundable once work has commenced. A signed proposal or written confirmation constitutes agreement.
All work is defined in a written proposal. Changes to scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges.
AAR prepares and files permit applications on behalf of clients. Approval decisions rest solely with the applicable building department. AAR cannot guarantee permit approval.
These terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes shall be resolved in Erie County, New York.
